What is your return policy?

For customers in the UK and EU, you also have a 14-day right to cancel your order under distance selling laws.

Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.

How do I initiate a return?

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and shipping may take an additional 2 to 10 business days based on your location.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product once the return is accepted.
