When will my order ship?

We aim to process and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days (excluding holidays).
Shipping times vary by destination and are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Once an order has shipped, changes or promotional codes cannot be applied.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they enter production or shipment.
Once fulfilment has begun, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

What is your return policy?

We are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

For customers in the UK and EU, you also have a 14-day right to cancel your order under distance selling laws.

Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.

Where can i find my tracking number?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please note that your tracking number is different from your order number and may take up to 24 hours to activate.
